Shipping FAQs

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We provide free tracked shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of these countries, we will let you know and give you a full refund.

What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country

How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow 2-9 weeks, depending on location, for your order to arrive at your doorstep because we experience a high amount of orders daily and our products are sourced from suppliers around the world to give you the best price.

How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped out, we will send a tracking number to your email address with a link to track its status. Or you can visit our "Track Your Order" page too.

When will I get my tracking number?
You will get your tracking number once your order is shipped out (processing takes 2-5 business days), not upon completing your purchase. 

My tracking says "No information available at the moment."
Please wait 5-10 days for your tracking number to update once you receive it. If still nothing shows up, please contact us and we will look into it. 

I didn't receive a tracking number.

Refund FAQs

My order arrived damaged/defective. Can I get a refund?
Yes! If for some reason your order arrives damaged/defective, please contact us within 48 hours with a picture/video showing how your product is damaged, and we will gladly give you 100% refund. Any later, and we can not.

My package hasn't arrived after 2-9 weeks. What do I do?
First, please refer to your tracking number to see if it is still on the way. If not, contact us with your order number and we will see what's going on. If it happens to be lost, or arrives late, we will give you a refund.

I entered the wrong address and my order hasn't arrived. What now?
If you entered the wrong address at checkout, we unfortunately cannot give you a refund.

My tracking says "Delivery Attempt Failed", what do I do?
If you missed your delivery, please contact your local post office as soon as possible to pick it up before it is potentially sent back to us. We cannot be held responsible for missed deliveries and cannot issue refunds in this case. 

I'd like to cancel my order and get a refund.
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We ship out orders as fast as we can, and if your order is already shipped out, we cannot cancel your order or give you a refund.
